I gave them my tire size over the phone. I repeated back to the what I needed. When I got there the guy told me I said something else.. and he “clearly” heard me say the wrong thing as if to call me a liar instead of making it right and honoring the price that he originally quoted for me. That’s not good customer service service

Got a flat tire on my trailer while on the highway. We were only 10 min away from Lopez Tires and they sent their road side assistance to me. Mark was amazing! Changed the tire and had me back on the road in less than 45 min from when I first called. Excellent service!

These guys are just common scammers. I went in to get a flat tire patched; they found the puncture, but then they also showed me a cut—one that was obviously made with a knife just minutes earlier. They told me they could sell me a replacement tire for $75. What they didn't know, though, was that I had personally inspected that very tire just 15 minutes prior—and that knife cut definitely wasn't there.
